Avocado Peach Open Face English Muffin

Quick Avocado Peach Salsa Toast

The combination of all these ingredients not only is refreshing but melts in your happy mouth.

Time 10 minutes

Lavendar Infused Honey

Ingredients:

• 1 peach
• 1 avocado
• 1 Lime wedged
• 2 English Muffins
• Homemade Fresh Pico de Gallo
• Cherry City Honey Lavender infused Honey

Directions:

1. Slice peach and avocado into thin slices.
2. Toast English Muffins.
3. Layer the slices on the English Muffins.  
4. Top with Pico de Gallo. 
5. Drizzle with honey.
6. Serve with lime wedges to squeeze to taste.
7. Eat right away. Enjoy!
