Welcome to Cherry City Honey. By visiting our website, purchasing products, registering for workshops, tours, or experiences, or visiting our property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Information
Cherry City Honey operates as a small agricultural and educational business offering honey, bee-related products, workshops, tours, and on-site experiences. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, participants, and users of our website and services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Workshops, Classes & Events

Registration is required for all workshops, classes, tours, and experiences.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants must arrive on time to ensure full participation.

Cherry City Honey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & Refunds

All workshop, class, and event sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

If Cherry City Honey cancels an event, participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Safety & Assumption of Risk
Participation in farm-based activities, beekeeping demonstrations, and hands-on experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bee stings, uneven ground, weather exposure, and interaction with animals or equipment.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Cherry City Honey staff.
Participants with known allergies (including bee sting allergies) are responsible for informing Cherry City Honey prior to participation and for bringing any necessary medications (such as EpiPens).
Minors & Group Visits

Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or designated group leader at all times.

Schools, homeschool groups, and organizations are responsible for maintaining appropriate supervision ratios.

Cherry City Honey is not responsible for unattended minors.
Weather Policy
Many activities take place outdoors and are weather dependent. Events may proceed in light rain or typical seasonal conditions. Severe weather may result in cancellation or rescheduling at Cherry City Honey’s discretion.
Photography & Media
Cherry City Honey may take photographs or videos during events, workshops, or tours for educational and promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness (or that of your minor child) to be used unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Cherry City Honey and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Cherry City Honey is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
Cherry City Honey shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in activities, use of products, or use of the website, except as required by law.

Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Merchandise purchased at the Cherry City Honey Farms store must be returned in person to:

For merchandise received by shipment, you must first contact us at shop@cherrycityhoney.com to request a return.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns from outside the United States.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a refund or exchange has been approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at shop@cherrycityhoney.com.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a small team working hands-on with our products, we appreciate your patience.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation when processing is complete.
Cherry City Honey is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order excluding shipping fees, and you may resubmit your order with the correct information.
