We’re excited to share our 2026 Cherry City Honey Workshop lineup, a year thoughtfully planned around traditional skills, seasonal rhythms, and meaningful connection. These workshops are designed to be hands-on, welcoming, and approachable, whether you’re learning something brand new or deepening skills you already love.
All workshops take place in our Honeycomb Classroom and begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
👉 Registration with payment is required to reserve your spot, as class sizes are intentionally kept small to create a relaxed, personal learning experience.

March 21 – Sourdough Starter

April 18 – Sourdough Breadmaking
Put your starter to work as we walk through the sourdough bread-making process step by step.
May 9 – Homemade Butter
Churn, flavor, and learn the old-fashioned way to make fresh butter at home.
June 20 – Tallow Salve
Craft a versatile, herbal salve using time-honored ingredients and techniques.
July 11 – America 250 Presentation
A special educational presentation exploring history, agriculture, and connection as we approach America’s 250th anniversary.
August 8 – Flower Arrangements
Celebrate summer with a hands-on floral workshop focused on beauty, balance, and seasonal blooms.
September 12 – Sourdough Granola
Learn how to use sourdough discard in delicious, practical ways.
October 24 – Pumpkin Purée & Seed Snacks
From whole pumpkin to finished foods—perfect for fall kitchens and cozy gatherings.
November 21 – Cookie Make & Exchange
Bake, share, and celebrate the season with a community-style cookie exchange.
December 12 – Dried Soup Gift Giving
Create thoughtful, homemade soup mixes—perfect for gifting and winter nourishment.
